Who We Are
Our Story
Shree Kanha Group began in 2009 as a small partnership building residential plots on the edge of Gomti Nagar, at a time when much of that stretch of Lucknow was still open farmland. Fifteen years on, we've grown into a full-service developer working across residential apartments, villa plots, and commercial spaces — but the way we work hasn't changed much. We still register every project with UP-RERA before we take a single booking, we still quote one price and hold to it, and we still measure a project's success by whether the handover date matches what we promised at launch. Families who bought their first home with us in 2011 are now sending their kids to buy their own with us. That's the business we're in.
